Residential Plats

We’ve been the surveyors for dozens of developers of new residential plats in northwest Ohio. As of 2022, we have recorded 328 plats which include 9,100 lots. But housing isn’t always about new construction. We are also proud of our infill projects that restore life and security to older parts of our cities.
